How 3-D glasses works

3-D glasses 

In general when we are going to theaters we are asked to have 3-D glasses to watch movie.What they does exactly means they will feed different images into our eyes.Just like view mster does

Actually the screen will displays two images and the glasses cause one of the image to enter into one eye and the other enter into another eye.There are two common things to do this.

Red/green or red/blue:-

Though the the red/green or red/blue used for television 3-D effects they were used in many older movies.In this system two images are displayed on the screen red/green and red//blue.The filters on the glasses will allow only one colour to enter into each eye and rest will do by our brain.
